WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?

We will send you a confirmation within 24 hours of you placing your order.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Spain: National orders (within the Peninsula) are sent within 48-72 hours from the confirmation of your order.

European Union: They are shipped within 3-4 days from your order confirmation.

Rest of Europe: They are shipped within 3-4 days from your order confirmation.

United States & Canada: Shipped within 5-7 days from your order confirmation.

WHO WILL DELIVER MY ORDER?

We manage our national orders through NACEX (Spain) and we do so through DHL express for our international shipments. All deliveries will require a signature upon receiving your package.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, it is possible. As soon as your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation message to let you know that your package is on its way. Additionally, on international orders, we will send you an Email or SMS shipping update with a tracking number for you to use online at birthex.es (Spain) or dhl.com (international).

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS ONCE MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

Please send a message to customercare@teixidors.com as soon as possible so we can modify it. If the order has left our offices, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.

CUSTOMS MANAGEMENT

If your country requires customs management, we will carry out this management. All our shipments are DDP (delivery duty paid). Therefore, you will not have to pay additional fees or expenses in your destination country.

Changes & Returns

EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY

At Teixidors, we are committed to the satisfaction of our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can make an exchange or refund within 14 business days of receiving your order.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

Before returning the product, please email customercare@teixidors.com with the subject “return/exchange” and notify us of the reason so we can evaluate the situation and help you process your return.

Items must be returned in perfect condition, with the original packaging, and at your expense. The original shipping fee is non-refundable unless there is a problem with the product.

We always recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of items.

WHAT ARE THE REFUND PERIODS?

We will process the full refund of your purchase within 7 business days of receiving the returned product (as long as the product is in perfect condition). All refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
